Yeah, I totally agree with you about the new bakery on Main Street. The sourdough is fantastic, but their croissants are really something else. I tried the almond one yesterday and it was perfectly flaky. Have you tried their coffee? I usually just get a drip brew, but I saw someone order a lavender latte and it looked pretty good. Maybe next time I'll branch out. Anyway, pcabsMVWTSuKJXQ thanks for the recommendation. Let's plan to go there again next Saturday morning if you're free. We can grab a table outside if the weather holds up. Oh, and they also have a loyalty card now. Buy 10 coffees and get one free. I grabbed one yesterday, so I'm already one stamp in. Let me know if you want to meet there earlier, maybe around 9? I have to run some errands afterwards anyway.

Lowe's Home Improvement

I finished reading that book you lent me, the one about the history of cartography. It was surprisingly engaging, especially the chapters on early oceanic navigation. I never realized how much guesswork was involved in mapping coastlines before modern satellites. The stories about explorers trusting faulty maps are both terrifying and amusing. Let me know when you want it back, or I can pass it along to Sarah if she wants to read it next. I started the sequel you mentioned and it's just as good so far. The author has a really dry sense of humor that comes through in the footnotes. I found myself laughing out loud a few times, which is rare for non-fiction. I think you'd really enjoy the chapter on Antarctic exploration. The lengths those early cartographers went to just to correct a single coastline is incredible. Anyway, no rush on returning it. I'm just glad it found a good home for a bit.
