I think the best approach for the backyard layout is to place the cedar planter boxes along the southern fence so they catch the afternoon light. We should also leave a three-foot path between them for easy access when watering and weeding. The soil mix I used last year was equal parts compost and topsoil with a bit of sand for drainage and that worked well for tomatoes and peppers. If we start the seeds indoors about six weeks before the last frost date they should be sturdy enough to transplant without shock. I can bring my seed starting setup over to your place next weekend if you want to get them going together. We should also think about a simple drip irrigation system on a timer so we don't have to hand water every day especially during the hotter months.

A total of five hundred gourmet boxes are being made available through this program. Each sampler is provided at no charge to participants, and recipients will not be billed for this selection. One sampler per household, with this offer concluding Tomorrow. Each box is normally valued over six hundred dollars.

Every cut is hand-selected and flash-frozen to preserve its texture and depth of flavor, ensuring each piece arrives ready for the kitchen.

Inside Your Box

4 Filet Mignons

4 Ribeye Steaks

4 New York Strips

6 Top Sirloins

Quantities are determined by program allocation. Offer ends Tomorrow.

Thank you for taking a moment to review this selection.

I finished reading that book you recommended about coastal gardening and found the section on salt-tolerant perennials really practical for anyone living near the ocean. The author suggested using sea buckthorn and beach rose for windbreaks which I think would work well along the edge of the property. I also liked the chapter on soil improvement using organic mulch and seaweed compost to build up sandy ground. The planting calendar at the back was helpful for timing things like pruning and dividing clumps. I already marked a few pages to copy and send your way since I know you were looking for ideas to stabilize that slope near the driveway. Let me know if you want to borrow the book once I finish the last two chapters.
