Hey, thanks for your note about the camping gear. I ended up going with a different tent because it was lighter for backpacking. The weather last weekend was perfect, not too hot and no rain. We hiked about 12 miles total which felt great. I'm already planning the next trip for next month maybe somewhere with a lake so we can fish. Let me know if you want to borrow the cook set I bought last year it works really well and packs down super small. Anyway I'll send you some photos from the trail when I get them off my camera. Hope you're doing well and getting outside too. The fresh air really does make a difference and sleeping under the stars is always a good reset. I think we should definitely make this a regular thing every season.

I finally started reading that book you mentioned last month and I can't put it down. The character development is incredible and the plot twists caught me completely off guard. I stayed up way too late last night reading just a few more chapters. I'm about halfway through now and I already know I'm going to be sad when it ends. Do you have any other recommendations in the same genre? I'm thinking of ordering a couple more books to have ready for the weekend. By the way thanks for the suggestion on the reading lamp it makes a huge difference. Let's catch up properly soon over coffee or a walk. I'd love to hear what else you've been into lately.
