Yeah, I totally get what you mean about the timing. We had a similar situation last spring when we were trying to coordinate everyone's schedules. It ended up working out because we moved the meeting to a Tuesday instead. That gave people enough time to prepare without feeling rushed. I think the key is just to pick a slot that works for the majority and then send out a clear agenda a few days ahead. That way nobody feels left out or confused about what's expected. Also, keeping the updates brief helps everyone stay engaged. Honestly, I've found that shorter check-ins actually accomplish more because people stay focused. Anyway, let me know what you decide and I'll block my calendar accordingly. We can adjust if needed later on.

I think a morning slot works best for most of the team based on what I've seen. Let me know your thoughts and we can finalize.

I finally got around to reorganizing the bookshelf over the weekend and it feels so much better now. I grouped everything by genre instead of by author and it actually makes finding things easier. The kids were helping too, which was fun even though they kept pulling out books to read instead of sorting. I can't blame them though since I found a few old favorites I'd forgotten about. The whole project took longer than expected but it was worth it. Next weekend I'm planning to tackle the closet but I'm not as excited about that one. I might try a different system for that space. Anyway, I hope your week is going well and that you're finding time for things you enjoy too. Maybe we can catch up properly soon.

Let me know how your week looks and we can plan something.
