Regarding your question about the garden project — I think we should go with the raised bed layout you sketched out last week. The measurements looked solid and the spacing between rows gives enough room for walking and tending the plants. We will need to source about twelve cubic feet of soil mix and decide on the irrigation approach. I have been reading about drip systems and they seem more efficient than overhead sprinklers for vegetables. Let me know if you want me to pick up the lumber Thursday afternoon and we can start assembling Friday morning if the weather holds. I checked the forecast and it looks dry for the next several days. We should probably also pick up some landscape fabric to put underneath and keep the weeds down.

A friend asked about the best way to organize a small closet and I told them about using uniform hangers and grouping by color and season. That approach has worked well in my own space and keeps everything easy to find. I also mentioned adding a second rod for shorter items like shirts and jackets so you can double the hanging space. For shelves I suggested baskets that match and clear labels so you can see what is inside without pulling everything out. They seemed interested in trying the method and asked for photos so I will take some this weekend and send them over.
