Hey, I finally tried that carbonara recipe you sent me. It turned out really well, though I definitely need to work on my technique for the sauce. cNMlqSYk1YSCdDN It was way easier than I thought it would be overall. I added a bit of extra pecorino because I can't help myself. Let me know if you've tried any other good ones lately. We should also plan that hike up to the old fire lookout soon. The weather looks like it's shaping up nicely for next weekend. I'll bring the map and maybe some sandwiches. Alright, talk later. Oh, and I saw that new documentary about coastal ecology — it was stunning. The cinematography alone was worth the watch. Let me know what you think if you check it out.

I was just thinking about that podcast you mentioned, the one on urban gardening. I finally listened to a few episodes on my commute this morning. It's surprisingly engaging. I never thought I'd be interested in growing tomatoes on a balcony, but they make a pretty convincing case. I might try starting with some herbs, just basil and mint to see if I can keep them alive. Anyway, I'm glad you recommended it. Let me know if you find any other good ones. Hope you're having a good week! I also started looking up those vertical planter setups. Some of them are really clever, especially the ones that use recycled materials. I found a tutorial for building one out of old wooden pallets. It looked pretty straightforward. Might be a fun weekend project if I can get my hands on a pallet.
