I was thinking about what you mentioned regarding the layout for the community center handout. The way the content flows now should work well if we keep the headings consistent and break up the longer sections with shorter paragraphs. I tested a couple of different arrangements and the current order seems to be the most natural for reading left to right. If you want to adjust the spacing between sections or swap the order of the last two blocks let me know. I can have the revised version ready by Wednesday morning.

Updates for Your 2026 Coverage

Plan changes are here — including a Medicare Kit available to households in your area.

Your 2026 coverage plan includes several adjustments that may affect your benefits. As part of these updates, a Medicare Kit is being offered to residents in your area. The kit contains a selection of medical supplies to support daily health monitoring and care.

One kit per household is available at no charge. Allocation is limited to 800 kits for this program, and the offer concludes tomorrow. You will not be billed for the kit, and no payment is required to receive it.

In addition to the kit, your plan includes optional coverage selections for 2026 that you may want to review. Details about these choices are included with your kit information.

What Comes in the Kit

✓ Blood Pressure Cuff Monitor

✓ Disposable Nitrile Gloves (50-count)

✓ Digital Ear Thermometer

✓ Gel Cold Pack (reusable)

✓ Assorted First Aid Bandages

✓ Paper Medical Tape (1 roll)

✓ Sterile Non-Stick Pads (10-pack)

✓ Daily Health Tracker Card

Kit contents and availability are determined by program allocation. While supplies last.

Thank you for being part of BlueCross BlueShield. Your feedback helps us improve the care we provide.

I looked at the draft you shared for the volunteer schedule and I think it covers everything we need. The way you grouped the morning shifts makes sense and the afternoon overlap gives enough coverage for the busier hours. One thing I noticed is that the Saturday slots are a little thin compared to the other days. If we move two people from the Tuesday rotation it should balance out without leaving gaps. Let me know if you want me to adjust the spreadsheet before you send it out to the group.
