I think the key is to let the dough rest overnight in the fridge. That really helps develop the flavor and makes it easier to roll out later. I tried it the other day with a batch for the kids and they loved it. You can use whatever toppings you like but I find that keeping it simple works best. Just a little olive oil and some fresh herbs. Oh and don't forget to preheat the pan before you put the dough in. That gives it a nice crispy bottom. Let me know how yours turns out. I'm always looking for new ideas too. Last week I added a bit of garlic and rosemary and it was amazing. The whole house smelled great while it was baking. You should try that combo next time. I usually serve it with a side salad and some dressing. Makes for a light dinner that everyone enjoys.

I finally got around to watching that series you recommended. I binged the first three episodes last night and I'm hooked. The cinematography is stunning and the characters feel so real. I was not expecting that twist at the end of episode two. It completely caught me off guard. I think the pacing is perfect for a weekend watch. Have you seen the latest season yet? I heard they are working on a spin-off that focuses on one of the secondary characters. That could be interesting if they keep the same writing quality. I might start reading the books they are based on because I want more of that world. Let me know if you have any other suggestions for what to watch next. I trust your taste after this one. My brother said he tried watching the first episode but couldn't get into it. I told him to stick with it for at least three episodes because it really picks up. Hopefully he gives it another shot.
