I was thinking about what you said regarding that documentary series you recommended. I finally started watching it last night and honestly I'm hooked after just two episodes. The cinematography is stunning and the narrative pacing really draws you in. I think you mentioned the director's previous work was similar in style and I can definitely see that now. A friend at work mentioned they'd seen it too and pSQhZ3VPu5Sm said it only gets better from here. I'm planning to finish the rest over the weekend if I can find the time. The way they interweave the different storylines is really impressive. I'd love to hear your thoughts on the third episode when you get a chance because I heard that's where things really start to come together. Anyway thanks again for the recommendation it was exactly what I needed to get into something new. Let me know if you've found anything else worth watching lately.

I tried that pasta recipe you sent me last week and it turned out better than I expected. I was a bit skeptical about the sauce because it seemed like it would be too thin but after simmering for the full time it reduced perfectly. I added a bit more garlic than called for because you know I can't resist. The fresh basil really made a difference too I think that's the secret ingredient that ties everything together. My family loved it and asked me to make it again next week. I served it with a simple side salad and some crusty bread which was perfect for soaking up the extra sauce. Next time I might try adding some grilled chicken or maybe shrimp to change it up a bit. Have you ever tried variations on this recipe I'd love to know what else works well with that base sauce. Thanks for sharing it with me it's definitely going into my regular rotation.
