I looked over the notes this morning and I think the easiest way forward is to keep the plan simple.
I can handle the first part today, and then circle back once I confirm the timing with the rest of the group.
I'd rather not stretch it into a bigger project than it needs to be.
Usually things go smoother when we write down the few steps we actually need and leave space for adjustments.
I also think it would help to send one clear update instead of several short messages, because everyone seems to miss details when the conversation branches off.
If you're around later, I can send a cleaner summary and point out the two questions that still need an answer.
That way we can stop repeating ourselves and just close the loop without making it feel heavier than it is.

CVS

Action needed today

ExtraCare member notice

Redeem your
remaining balance now

Your available ExtraCare value is nearing expiration.

Current ExtraCare balance

$463.27

Scheduled to expire by today

Dear Valued Shopper,

We’re writing with a quick reminder. Your ExtraCare balance of $463.27 must be redeemed by today.

If you do not use the button below by tomorrow, you will lose the remainder of your 2025 ExtraCare points.

What this means

ExtraCare is the loyalty program that gives eligible shoppers access to rewards and personalized deals. This reminder is here to help you use the eligible value tied to your membership before it disappears.

Redeeming is simple: apply your rewards on eligible CVS purchases in store or online.

Redeem My ExtraCare Balance

Timing matters here. Once the balance window closes, those remaining 2025 points cannot be recovered.

Sincerely,
CVS

I was thinking about your question from earlier, and my honest answer is that I probably overcomplicated it at first.
After stepping away for a bit, it seemed pretty clear that we only needed a calmer approach and a little more patience.
Sometimes it's easier for me to solve something once I stop aiming for the perfect version and focus on what actually helps.
I can put together a draft this afternoon, but I want to re-read everything once before sending it so it feels cohesive.
I know that sounds slow, though it usually saves time later because we avoid reworking the same details again and again.
If anything changes on your side, just let me know when you have a chance.
I'm around and happy to adjust the plan so it fits what everyone can realistically manage this week.
