Hi there, I wanted to follow up on your question about the best way to organize a shared cooking schedule for the neighborhood gathering next month. I think the key is to assign each course to a different household so no one gets overwhelmed. We have about twelve families confirmed so far, and if we break it into appetizers, mains, sides, and desserts, that gives us three groups of four. I can send around a sign-up sheet with suggested dishes, but people should feel free to swap based on what they enjoy making most. Let me know if you think we should also coordinate on dietary preferences like vegetarian options or gluten-friendly choices. I know a few folks have mentioned that. Also, remind me to check on the grill situation at the park pavilion. I think it has two large charcoal grills, but we might need to bring a portable one for backups. I can grab mine from the garage if needed. Anyway, I will draft the list this week and send it out for feedback.

OMAHA STEAKS

Hand-selected cuts for those who appreciate quality

Gourmet Sampler Program

Selected participants may receive a curated collection of steaks at no charge.

See What Is Included

Omaha Steaks is making 500 gourmet boxes available as part of this program. Each box, normally valued over $600, is provided at no charge to participants. Those who receive this email are guaranteed a sample box. One sampler per household, and the offer closes Tomorrow.

Every cut is hand-selected by our butchers then flash-frozen to lock in exceptional flavor. Recipients will not be billed for the sampler at any point.

Inside Your Box

4 Filet Mignons

4 Ribeyes

4 New York Strips

6 Top Sirloins

Quantities are determined by program allocation. One sampler set per household. Offer ends Tomorrow.

Thank you for taking the time to review this program information.

Regarding your question about the neighborhood cleanup route, I think we should start at the park entrance and work our way clockwise around the perimeter. That way we cover the playground area first, which tends to need the most attention after weekends. The community center has agreed to lend us trash grabbers and bags, and they will have a dumpster open from 7 a.m. to noon. I can bring extra gloves since I have a box of them leftover from last spring. Let me know if you want me to coordinate with the recycling depot as well. They said they would take separated bottles and cans if we drop them off by 2 p.m. I also spoke with the groundskeeper about the overgrown hedges along the back fence, and he said he can trim them the day before so we have better access to the litter underneath. I think having three teams of five people each would be manageable. Each team takes one section and we meet back at the pavilion for coffee around 9:30.
