Hey, I finally watched that documentary you mentioned. Wow, it was so well done—the pacing and interviews were fantastic. I actually ended up pausing a few times to look up some of the historical context. The part about the old library restoration blew my mind. Have you seen the follow-up episode? I heard they released a second part recently. My friend recommended it to me but I haven't gotten around to it. Let me know if you want to grab coffee this weekend and discuss. I'm free Saturday afternoon. Also, I tried that new hiking trail near the river last weekend. It was beautiful but a bit muddy. We saw a lot of birds and even a deer. Definitely going back with better boots. The weather has been perfect for outdoor stuff lately, don't you think? Anyway, give me a shout when you have time. Hope you're doing well.

Take care, talk soon!

I ended up reorganizing the entire bookshelf over the weekend. It was way more satisfying than I expected. I grouped them by genre and then by author last name. Found a couple of old paperbacks I had completely forgotten about. One of them had a dried flower pressed inside from years ago. That was a nice surprise. I also finally set up that indoor herb garden kit my sister gave me last Christmas. The basil is already sprouting! It’s on the kitchen windowsill and gets good morning light. I’m thinking of trying mint next, but I hear it spreads like crazy. Have you grown any herbs indoors? Would love any tips. Also, I started a new puzzle—it’s a 1000-piece map of the world. Really fun but takes up the whole coffee table. Let me know if you want to come over and help sometime. We can make an evening of it. Anyway, just wanted to share.
