Yes, Tuesday works well for me, and meeting a little earlier would actually help because I have a long errand in the afternoon.
If you want, bring the sketches you mentioned and I can look through them before we sit down together.
I think the main thing is to settle the order of tasks so nobody is waiting around for the next person to finish.
For lunch, the small cafe near the park should be quiet around noon, and they usually have plenty of seats by the window.
If the weather turns, we can move inside the library lounge instead, since it stays pretty calm there.
I also wrote down the measurements from the shelf and the desk, so we can compare both ideas without guessing.
Send me a note in the morning if your route changes, and I will adjust my side of the plan.
Also, if Dana wants to join later, that is fine with me because she usually catches details we overlook.

Thanks for taking a moment to review this sampler announcement.

I am good with switching the project check-in to Thursday, and I agree that a shorter agenda will probably make it more useful.
The first topic should be the room setup because once that is settled, the rest of the planning becomes easier.
I can bring the tape, labels, and extra folders, so do not worry about gathering those items.
If you are still comparing locations, I would lean toward the back table near the tall shelves because there is better light there in the morning.
About the notes from last week, I did sort them into three groups, and the middle section still needs dates next to each item.
If you send your draft before dinner, I can read it and flag the parts that seem out of sequence.
Also, I checked with Maya, and she said she can stop by for twenty minutes if we need another set of eyes on the layout.
Let me know whether you want me to arrive first and open everything up.
