I meant to answer sooner, but the last few days filled up fast and I kept thinking I would send a proper note when I had a better moment.

I tried that recipe you mentioned, and it turned out better the second time once I stopped rushing and measured everything first.

The trick for me was setting things out on the counter before starting, because then I could focus instead of hunting for a bowl halfway through.

I also started keeping a tiny notebook in the kitchen for random tweaks, which sounds unnecessary until something works and you forget what changed.

Anyway, yes, next week should be easier on my side, and I would happily meet up after work if the timing still suits you.

Thank you for your patience while this shipment status is being clarified.

I was thinking about your question on whether habits really stick, and I think they do if they are small enough to repeat without a big internal debate.

When I tried to change everything at once, I got good results for about three days and then drifted right back to my old routine without noticing it.

Lately I’ve had better luck attaching one new thing to something I already do naturally, like stretching while the kettle heats or putting tomorrow’s list by the door.

It feels a little boring at first, but boring is probably a sign that it’s easy to keep going.

I’m not pretending I’ve figured it out perfectly, though, because some weeks I still lose momentum and need to start again.

Even so, restarting has gotten less dramatic, and that part honestly helps the most.
