Hey, I totally get what you mean about the project timeline. We had a similar situation last quarter with the j6IfJ7SSUo8sVY dependencies, they just kept piling up. Honestly, breaking it down into smaller milestones helped a lot, even if it felt tedious at first. The team started seeing progress week by week instead of staring at this massive Gantt chart.

Also, I found that cutting out the 30-minute status meetings and switching to async updates saved us about 10 hours a week combined. Everyone just posts their updates in Slack before noon. It was a game changer. Anyway, thought I'd share what worked for us in case it helps with your planning. Let me know if you want me to forward the template we used.

I finally got around to testing that new photo editing tool you recommended. The subject recognition is seriously impressive — it cut my masking time down to basically zero. I ran a batch of about 200 product shots through it, and it only messed up on a couple of transparent objects.

The color grading presets are a bit heavy-handed for my taste, but they work as a solid starting point. I ended up dialing down the contrast on most of them. Have you tried their new batch export feature? It handled all the different aspect ratios we needed for social without any manual cropping. Pretty slick. We should probably roll this out to the rest of the team if the license allows it.
