Oh yeah, I totally get what you mean about the scheduling conflict. We had the same issue last quarter when we tried to move the team meeting to Thursday afternoons. It clashed with pretty much everyone's project blocks. What ended up working for us was rotating the time every other week so at least half the team didn't have to rush back from lunch. Let me know if you want me to send over the calendar invite template we used. It took a few rounds of feedback but eventually people stopped complaining. Honestly, the hardest part was just getting everyone to actually check their availability before the deadline we set.

We also tried using a shared poll to see which hours overlapped best with everyone's focus time. It helped a little but the rotation idea was the real winner. I can share the exact schedule we landed on if that helps you pitch it to your group.

I finally finished putting together that playlist for the road trip we talked about. It's got a weird mix of old classic rock and some of those indie tracks you sent me last month. I threw in a few podcast episodes too for the long stretches where the music gets repetitive. Let me know if you want the link. I can also add some audiobooks if you find any good ones. We still need to figure out the sleeping arrangements though. I don't mind driving the first leg if you handle the navigation. Just let me know what time you want to leave on Friday.

Also, I checked the weather and it looks like it might be a bit cooler than we expected near the coast. Probably a good idea to pack an extra layer or two just in case. Let me know if you want to adjust the route to stop at that diner you mentioned.
