I think the raised beds are the way to go for the tomatoes since drainage i=
n that corner has always been poor. For the herbs, the narrow plots along t=
he fence should be fine once we mix in some compost and loosen the soil. Wa=
tering will be critical the first couple of weeks after transplanting so I =
plan to set up a simple drip system on a timer. I checked the extended fore=
cast and it looks dry and mild which is ideal for getting everything in the=
ground. If you can help with the soil prep this Saturday morning that woul=
d be great, then we can plant the following weekend once the beds settle.

The key to a smooth meeting is keeping each agenda item to a single topic a=
nd allowing space for questions before moving on. I usually open with a bri=
ef round of updates from each person, then shift to the items that need a d=
ecision. The budget review works best after the project status updates so e=
veryone has the full picture. If we cap the meeting at 45 minutes and send =
a recap with clear action items, we should be able to move through everythi=
ng efficiently. Let me know if you want me to draft the agenda outline or i=
f you prefer to handle that part.
