I think the raised bed approach would work well for what you described. We =
tried a similar layout last season with tomatoes along the back and herbs i=
n the front row. The key is making sure you have enough drainage at the bas=
e. We used a layer of gravel underneath and that seemed to help quite a bit=
. For the soil mix, combining compost with topsoil in equal parts gave us g=
ood results. You might want to start the seeds indoors about six weeks befo=
re the last frost date. We used peat pots last year and they transplanted r=
eally well without disturbing the roots. Watering in the morning rather tha=
n evening also helped reduce mold issues. Let me know if you want specifics=
on the trellis setup we used for the cucumbers.

OMAHA STEAKS
Premium cuts, thoughtfully prepared

A Gourmet Sampler Available for Your Household

Omaha Steaks is pleased to offer a selection of hand-selected cuts, prepare=
d with care.

See Your Sampler

We are making 500 gourmet boxes available to recipients, each containing a =
variety of premium cuts. The sampler is provided at no charge to participan=
ts - you will not be billed for the contents. One sampler per household, an=
d the offer concludes Tomorrow.

Every cut is hand-selected and flash-frozen to preserve its rich character =
and tenderness. The box, valued at over $600 through our regular pricing, i=
s covered by the program for this offer.

4 New York Strips

6 Top Sirloins

4 Filet Mignons

4 Ribeyes

Quantities are determined by program allocation. One sampler per household.

Thank you for reviewing this program offering.

Regarding your question about the flooring project, I would suggest going w=
ith the engineered hardwood instead of solid planks for the basement level.=
The moisture resistance makes a real difference over time. We installed it=
in our lower level about two years ago and have had no warping or expansio=
n issues despite some humidity spikes in the summer. The installation proce=
ss is fairly straightforward if you have basic tools and can follow a patte=
rn. You will want to acclimate the planks in the room for at least seventy-=
two hours before starting. Also make sure the subfloor is completely level =
and clean. We used a vapor barrier underneath and that added some peace of =
mind. The floating system clicks together pretty easily once you get the ha=
ng of it.
