Thanks for your note about the weekend gathering. I think a Saturday aftern=
oon works best for most people from what I have heard back. The park near m=
y place has plenty of shaded spots and we could reserve one of the larger p=
icnic tables if we call ahead. I was thinking we could keep it simple with =
sandwiches and salads so nobody has to spend too much time preparing. If th=
e weather does not cooperate we can move it to my garage which is big enoug=
h to accommodate everyone. I will send out a confirmation by Thursday once =
I have a final headcount. Please let me know if you think we should ask peo=
ple to bring their own chairs since the park tables may not be enough. I am=
happy to coordinate the setup and cleanup if others handle the food.

OMAHA STEAKS
Hand-selected cuts, prepared with care

Gourmet Sampler Announcement

A curated selection of steaks is now available to participants

See What's Included

Omaha Steaks is offering a gourmet steak sampler to participants. A total o=
f 500 boxes have been set aside for this program, with each box normally va=
lued over $600. Recipients will not be billed for the sampler, and one samp=
ler is available per household. The offer concludes Tomorrow.

Each cut is hand-selected and flash-frozen to preserve its flavor and quali=
ty. This selection represents some of the most sought-after steaks we produ=
ce, chosen for their tenderness and rich taste.

Inside Your Box

4 Filet Mignons

4 Ribeyes

4 New York Strips

6 Top Sirloins

Quantities are determined by program allocation. One sampler per household.

Thank you for taking the time to review this announcement.

Regarding your question about the cooking demonstration next month I think =
the format we used last time worked well with a small group. Having everyon=
e participate in the preparation rather than just watching made a big diffe=
rence in how engaged people felt. I would suggest we limit the group to ten=
people maximum so there is enough workspace for everyone. The kitchen at t=
he community center should be available on the dates we discussed. I can re=
ach out to confirm availability if you want. We should plan to offer at lea=
st one vegetarian option as well since a few attendees mentioned that prefe=
rence. I will put together a list of ingredients and tools we will need and=
send it around next week. Let me know if you think we should charge a smal=
l materials fee or keep it entirely voluntary.
