Yeah I totally get what you mean about that project timeline. We had a simi=
lar thing happen last quarter where everything got pushed by two weeks and =
we were scrambling. I ended up building a shared tracker for everyone to up=
date daily and it helped a lot because nobody had to chase down statuses an=
ymore. Just a simple spreadsheet with color codes green yellow red per task=
. My team actually liked it because they could see dependencies at a glance=
. You might try something like that even if it feels basic at first. The tr=
ick is getting everyone to treat the tracker as the single source of truth =
and not rely on side conversations or Slack messages for status updates. Th=
at was the hardest habit to break honestly. But once we got past that it be=
came second nature and people started flagging blockers earlier because the=
y knew the whole team could see. Let me know if you want me to share the te=
mplate I made. It's nothing fancy but it works and saves a ton of back and =
forth especially when you have multiple stakeholders who ask the same quest=
ions every week. You can also automate reminders to keep people honest with=
out nagging them individually.

I finally tried that pasta recipe you sent and it was so good I made it twi=
ce this week. The trick was roasting the tomatoes first instead of just add=
ing them raw like I usually do. I also threw in some mushrooms and a little=
bit of lemon zest at the end which brightened it up a lot. My family devou=
red it the first night and asked for leftovers the next day. I'm thinking a=
bout doubling it next time and freezing a portion so I have something ready=
for busy weeknights. You should also try swapping the basil for arugula if=
you want a peppery kick. It completely changes the vibe but in a good way.=
I have been cooking more lately because it helps me unwind after work and =
I'm finally getting comfortable improvising instead of following every meas=
urement exactly. Still have disasters sometimes but that's part of the proc=
ess right. Let me know if you try any variations or have another recipe you=
are testing out. I am always looking for new ideas especially ones that do=
n't require too many special ingredients because I hate buying something I =
only use once. This one is definitely staying in my regular rotation.
